Active Steps Physiotherapy is focused on restoring movement and function in order for patients to be better able to perform the normal activities of living, and preventing recurrences.
Treatment is tailored for each condition with identification of why symptoms have developed; a strong manual therapy base to treat symptoms; and exercises and client education to minimise relapse.
Kristen is trained in the Integrated Systems Model, the Sarah Key Method, the Mulligan Concept, Dry Needling Plus as well as extensive further education in core stability and functional rehabilitation.
