A graduate of Sydney University, over the past 15 years, Kristen has attended multiple continuing education courses, resulting in an array of treatment options and paradigms available to patients. Most recently she completed training in the Integrated Systems Model, which includes the Thoracic Ring Approach. She also has a strong belief in the Sarah Key Method for low back pain, and uses Dry Needling where appropriate to assist in pain relief and promote tissue healing.
